2 Teenagers Charged With Norman Murder

Two 18-year-old suspects have been charged with first degree murder in Cleveland County.

Police said a 911 call recorded the crime as it happened.

They add not only was the victim, 20-year-old Walker Daniel Pitchlynn, heard on the call, but so were the alleged murderers.

They have been identified as 18-year-old Ivan Myers and 18-year-old Chloe Moseley.

“These suspects showed little remorse. They gave all indications that this was a planned event, and no matter what occurred, they planned to shoot this victim. That makes these cases even more hard for investigators to understand,” said Sarah Jensen with the Norman Police Department.

The shooting happened one week ago at the Twin Creek apartment.

Pitchlynn was found in the driver's seat of a car, slumped over with multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to the hospital, but later died.

Myers and Moseley were found about half a mile south of the scene.

Myers told investigators he knew the victim.

That night they were riding in a car together and court documents reveal "he saw a large sum of money in the victim's wallet" and "decided to shoot and kill the victim."

Myers allegedly threw the gun in a nearby creek, and told police, "shooting the victim relieved stress."

Officers said they won’t be releasing the 911 call at this time, because it will be key evidence used in court.

“On that 911 call, they can hear both the male and female suspect giving demands, and those shots ultimately being fired,” said Jensen.

Bond has been set at $1 million.

The suspects will be in court on March 3.
