Suspect In Custody After Long Police Pursuit Through OKC

A man led police on a high-speed chase through the metro around 11 pm on Saturday night.

Police say the chase began in Piedmont and traveled through the metro before heading south on I-44. At points speeds reached 90 miles per hour. Officers caught up to the driver near Highway 37 in Newcastle.

The suspect was then taken into custody.
