Injury Crash At EB I-44 On-Ramp Causes Major Traffic Congestion On SB I-235

A two-vehicle crash at the entrance of southbound Broadway Extension to eastbound Interstate 44 briefly shut down the exit ramp and caused major traffic congestion on SB I-235.

Emergency crews were called to the reported injury crash around 5:15 p.m.

The cause of the crash is under investigation. It is unclear how many people were injured or the severity. EMSA was called to the scene.
