Bricktown Hosting Veterans Career Fair

Hiring American heroes, that is the focus of a veterans career fair today. 

Dozens of metro companies will be at the Chevy Bricktown Events Center this morning, offering jobs to our veterans. 

Organizers tell us they plan to conduct hundreds of interviews and offer more than one hundred jobs to veterans and military spouses. 

Those employers consider military experience a plus because they believe veterans possess skills and attributes that will play well on the job. Also, veterans possess highly-valued team-building skills. 

The career fair runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
