Emergency Responders On Scene Of Injury Crash Northwest Of Edmond

First responders are on the scene of a rollover crash with injuries just to the northwest of Edmond, Thursday afternoon.

Emergency crews were called out in the area of N. Rockwell Ave. and Sorghum Mill Rd.

The cause of the crash has not yet been determined. Only one vehicle, an SUV, was involved in the crash. A driver and one passenger, both female, were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Their conditions are not known at this time.

The wreck was so violent that it ripped the engine from the SUV and dropped it in the middle of Rockwell Ave.

Authorities have shut down Rockwell, between Coffee Creek and Sorghum Mill, while crews work to clear the scene.
