A cold front will come through very late Friday night into Saturday morning. The north wind will only subside a little more Friday night under mostly clear skies. Temperatures will drop to the low 40s by Saturday morning.
Wind will shift east on Saturday and temperatures will top out in the low 70s under mostly sunny skies.
A piece of energy drops out of the Rockies on Sunday bringing a very slight chance for showers and storms. Otherwise, Sunday looks mostly cloudy, warm and windy.
Better chances for storms arrive in central Oklahoma on Monday and Tuesday. The severe weather threat goes up for the metro on Monday.
