Police Seek Driver Who Fled After Hitting Pedestrian In SW OKC

Police are looking for a driver who fled the scene after crashing into a pedestrian in southwest Oklahoma City, early Tuesday morning.

According to police, at about 5:30 a.m., a woman was crossing Western Avenue near S.W. 22nd, when she was hit by a vehicle. She has been transported to the hospital, suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said they are looking for a blue, Ford Expedition seen leaving the area shortly after the crash. It was last seen going southbound on Western.
