Good news! Cold fronts start to have more influence as we get to mid-August.
The front that rolled through on Monday has started a pattern change. Cooler than normal air is returning to the Sooner State the next several days! Surface high pressure will settle in and allow our dew points to drop to pleasant levels.
The dew points will stay in the upper 50s or low 60s through the weekend. This will keep our weather pretty nice. Any chance of rainfall looks pretty low.
The upper atmospheric high which drives our weather this time of year will build back in over the next 10 days. The heat will build back in this weekend into next week. Expect temps to return into the mid 90s by Saturday.
