Turtle Fudge Sundae Cake

1 cup flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoon cocoa

2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup chopped pecan

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup special dark cocoa

1 3/4 cup hot tap water

1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an ungreased square baking pan, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the milk and oil and stir till combined. Sprinkle the cake on top with the brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Then pour the hot water over the top and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool for 10-15 minutes. Drizzle the cake with caramel sauce and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
