High pressure over the plains is providing clear skies Thursday evening and will continue to do so for the next couple of days. Temperatures will drop to the upper 30s overnight with wind becoming light.
Friday looks fabulous with full sunshine and highs back in the mid-60s. Our next cold front comes through Friday night bringing increasing clouds and cooler temperatures as we start our weekend.
Highs fall to the low 60s on Saturday but we easily recover to the upper 60s on Sunday.
We are still monitoring the cold arctic air that is due to arrive as early as Tuesday. A strong cold front will bring our highs to around 40 degrees on Tuesday with temperatures staying in the 30s through the extended forecast.
