Home Invasion Scuffle At OKC Apartment Complex Ends In Fatal Injury
OKLAHOMA CITY - Police arrest a man they believe was involved in a home invasion at an Oklahoma City apartment complex that ended in another man's death.
According to Oklahoma City police, at about 4 a.m., officers responded to the report of a disturbance at the Madison Village apartments, located in the 4200 block of SE 52nd Street.
When officers arrived, they found a man with trauma to his body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators learned that brothers, Demarco Sayles and Nakadda Sayles were involved in the home invasion when Demarco scuffled with the resident of the apartment. Police said he was fatally injured during the scuffle. His brother, Nakadda, was arrested at the scene.
Authorities said the complaint of felony murder was placed on Nakadda because he and his brother were in the commission of a felony when Demarco was killed.
