Police are searching for a man accused of opening fire at a south side taco restaurant.

Police were called to investigate the crime on Wednesday at Tacos El Primo at 5603 S. Pennsylvania Ave. in Oklahoma City. Witnesses tell police Jaime Rodriguez Martinez shot his gun twice into the floor of the restaurant during an argument with his girlfriend.

Witnesses also report that the gunman pressed the gun into the victim's hip and pulled the trigger, but the gun did not go off. Police found evidence of the shootings, but the suspect left the restaurant before police arrived.

Martinez was last seen driving a red Cadillac Escalade with extra-large rims and tinted windows. Anyone with information is urged to call police.
