Police focused their search around the park after witnesses told officers they saw Blake wandering around the area.

The Chief said the search expanded beyond the park, but officers decided to start draining the duck pond to help calm the family's nerves.

Child welfare workers from Stillwater are on the scene.  The police chief said they're investigating who was home with Blake at the time he disappeared and what the circumstances were.

Authorities are calling it a tragic accident.  Chief Terry Brannon said he's not sure if criminal charges will be filed.
