Two Women Rob Oklahoma City Check Cashing Store

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police need the public's help finding two, armed women who robbed a check cashing store in northwest Oklahoma City.

The women walked into Advance Cash America at N. Penn Avenue and W. Hefner Road on Sept. 25. Workers said they first asked about getting employee applications. Store clerks told them they could find applications online, and the women left the business.

Approximately ten minutes later, the same two women returned. Employee said one of them pulled out a handgun and demanded money. The women grabbed the cash then ran out of the business. Several witnesses told police the suspects ran into the nearby River Chase Apartments.
