OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is seeking to find missing evidence in the recent Logan County murder case.

According to OSBI spokesperson Jessica Brown, items are missing in connection to the crime.

"We believe items taken from the victim's Logan County home could have been given or sold to citizens. Those items are now considered evidence," Brown said.

Anyone with has any of the missing items or anyone with information about them is asked to immediately call 911. Anyone caught with property given or sold to them by the suspects since early Friday, July 30 could face criminal charges including possession of stolen property and/or obstructing justice.

OSBI cannot release what items were stolen from Charles Dutton's home.

According to a spokesperson with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics, Dutton was robbed, kidnapped and then driven about 50 miles away from his home to rural Southwest Oklahoma City between Lake Thunderbird and Lake Stanley Draper where his body was eventually found.

Four people now face murder charges in Dutton's death.
