INGREDIENTS:
Crepe Batter
1/2 c Butter, melted
1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2/ c Flour
Pinch Salt
3 ea Eggs
1tsp Vegetable Oil
2 c Milk
2 oz Butter
2 oz Sugar
3 oz Orange Juice
8 ea Orange Slices
1 Tbsp Orange Zest
1 oz Grenadine
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat pan over medium heat.
2. Add butter, sugar and orange zest and grenadine.
3. Add Grand marnier and flambé.
4. Pour sauce over prepared crepes.
5. Serve with ice cream.
