Help promote family friendly businesses

It's time for you to help make a difference in our community! And it only takes a few minutes of effort!

The Oklahoma State Department of Health Office of Child Abuse Prevention Start Right Program is encouraging businesses and community organizations to support Oklahoma children and families. It's easy! Just write a thank you on the postage-paid postcard and drop it in the mail. You'll be acknowledging a family friendly establishment in the state and the business or organization you write about are encouraged to display it in a window or somewhere customers can see it!

OCAP says an example of a possible recipient for a postcard is a restaurant that offers a "Family Day" in which the proceeds are donated to a local school. The postcards encourage random acts of kindness.
