1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. extra sharp cheddar cheese
½ c. chopped scallions
¼ c. mayonnaise
Hot pepper/spicy jelly of choice
Combine all ingredients except for jelly. Pack in to shallow serving dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Spread hot pepper/spicy jelly on top. Serve with whole wheat crackers.
This dip disappears in less than 60 seconds, so make enough to last! Happy Holidays from the Ogle Family!
