Showers and thunderstorms are occurring from the Northeast into the
Ohio Valley and Southeast, stretching into the Deep South and the Gulf Coast.
Scattered thunderstorms are also occurring in the central Rockies and portions
of the Southwest. Dry weather is being experienced in the northern Plains and
along much of the West Coast.
