Iraq said Saturday that its war on the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS ) is over after more than three years of combat operations drove the extremists from all of the territory they once held. 

A car bombing killed at least nine people in the Iraqi capital on Tuesday morning, just hours after 15 died in a massive explosion outside a popular ice cream shop in central Baghdad that was claimed by the Islamic State group.
