Over 30 People Unaccounted For After Deadly Boat Fire Off Coast Of Southern California
<p>The Coast Guard and multiple agencies responded to a boat fire off the coast of California Monday morning. The Ventura County Fire Department said the boat was near Santa Cruz Island.
