As the Oklahoma City metro prepares for ice and snow, we caught up with Chief Meteorologist David Payne in between Tuesday's 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. newscasts.

David went live on News 9's Instagram to give us an even more in-depth look on when ice and snow will fall, how much to expect, and where Oklahomans will see the biggest impact to road conditions.
