Ingredients
- 1 TBSP of fresh cranberries
- Orange slices (about ½ orange per ice cube)
- Cinnamon sticks (1 per ice cube)

- Pineapple juice (or your preferred juice like pomegranate)
- Club soda (optional for fizz)

Instructions
- Make the Ice Cubes:: Use a muffin tin (regular size) to create your fancy ice cubes.
- Prep: Add 4-5 fresh cranberries into each muffin tin compartment.
- Prep: Add a ½ orange slice into each section. Insert a cinnamon stick and a star anise in each compartment for that festive touch.
- Prep: Add a small sprig or pieces of fresh rosemary into each section. Pour pineapple juice (or your preferred juice) into each muffin tin compartment, filling them to the top.
- Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer overnight or until the cubes are fully frozen.
- Prepare the Mocktail:: n a pitcher, combine 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 cup cranberry juice. Stir to combine. (Optional: Add a splash of club soda for some fizz.)
- Serve:: When ready to serve, remove the ice cubes from the muffin tin and add them to your glasses. Pour the prepared juice mixture over the ice cubes, letting the frozen fruits and spices slowly infuse the drink. Garnish with extra fresh cranberries and orange slices for added flair.
