Walmart Offering Free Health Screenings, Vaccines At Reduced Price

Walmart is offering free health screenings and shots at a reduced price this weekend as families prepare to send their children back to school.

The free screenings include those for glucose, cholesterol, body-mass index or BMI, and blood pressure.

Immunizations being offered at a lower cost include those for influenza, HPV, tetanus, hepatitis and more.

Additionally, the retailer chain said certain stores will also offer vision screenings.
