Sassy Mama's raspberry and cream cups are a great appetizer for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone, room temperature
- Pinch of kosher salt
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and mini chocolate chips
- 15 mini phyllo shells
Instructions
- Combine: Combine mascarpone and 1 tsp vanilla paste, powdered sugar, lemon zest in a medium bowl.
- Mix: Add a half cup of whipping cream and mix.
- Bag and Pipe: Transfer the mixture into a bag. Cut the corner off the bag and pipe the cream into the cups.
- Top and Serve: Top with raspberries and chocolate chips.
