Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken bouillon powder
- 1/2 cup Sriracha
- 1/2 cup Mike's hot honey
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup pureed shallot
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 24 uncooked chicken wings
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Paste:: Whisk together bouillon powder, Sriracha, hot honey, canola oil, pureed shallots, rice vinegar, and lime zest/juice. Reserve some for brushing; place the rest in a resealable bag.
- Marinate the Wings:: Toss uncooked wings in the paste-filled bag, ensuring they're well-coated. Marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour, letting those flavors infuse.
- 3 Fire Up the Grill:: Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat. Cook wings until thoroughly grilled, giving them a turn for even perfection. May take 20-25 minutes
- Char and Brush:: Brush the wings with that reserved paste. Grill over higher heat until slightly charred, infusing that smoky touch.
- Garnish and Serve: Transfer wings to a platter, topping with fresh cilantro leaves and chopped roasted peanuts.
