Lawmakers To Consider 2 Bills To Increase Security At Oklahoma Schools

Lawmakers at the Oklahoma Capitol are considering two bills that would increase security at schools.

Senate Bill 101 delegates $20 million to the Oklahoma Security Grant Program. Schools can use that money to enhance their on-site security measures.

Senate Bill 169 requires first responders to be on scene and directly involved in at least one security drill per year.
