A Hollywood actor is accused of strangling his girlfriend at an Oklahoma City hotel.
The actor who played big brother to Macaulay Culkin in the 90's hit movie Home Alone was ticketed by police earlier this month.
According to police reports Devin Ratray flew into a rage after his girlfriend passed out his autographs to fans in Oklahoma City for free.
Known for playing Kevin McAllister's bully big brother, Buzz, more than thirty years later Devin Ratray is wanted by Oklahoma City police who say he assaulted and strangled his girlfriend.
According to police, on December 8, Ratray and his girlfriend had dinner at Mickey Mantle's Steakhouse.
There, Ratray's girlfriend told officers he "consumed a bottle of wine and several shots of alcohol," and was "intoxicated."
The victim alleges from there they headed to Coyote Ugly Saloon where court documents claim Ratray "consumed ten shots of alcohol.”
After drinking into the early morning hours of December 9, the victim told police the two left the bar after Ratray became upset after she "gave fans his autograph without collecting money."
Once back at their hotel the victim told investigators Ratray began strangling her and said "This is how you die." She said he then "used a closed fist and punched her in the face."
Reports show when police arrived, Raytray was gone. He was ticketed, and later charged with domestic assault and battery, and assault by strangulation.
