Dangers Of Lithium Batteries
From key fobs, to remotes for toys, lithium batteries are everywhere in our homes, but many parents are not aware just how dangerous they can be for children.
The American Academy of Pediatrics and battery maker 'Duracell' have launched a campaign to educate parents.
The battery maker is also adding a bitter coating on the batteries to discourage ingesting.

GoFundMe For Latrell Davis's Family
Johnny Lee Bailey, 17, is accused of fatally shooting his cousin, Latrell Davis, at a southwest Oklahoma City apartment complex Tuesday night.
Davis was taken to OU Health where he later died, police said.
Family has launched a Go Fund Me fundraiser to help with funeral costs.
Oklahoma City CARE Center
The CARE Center is Oklahoma County’s only child advocacy center. The organization helps Oklahoma children and families with not only abuse and neglect, but also prevention.
The center's new building will triple the amount of space for the agency and increase the number of interview rooms for seeing children.

Wounded Warrior Service Dog Grant
Honoring America's Warriors has been awarded a portion of a $10 million federal grant to provide placement and training of service dogs for disabled veterans.
The Wounded Warrior Service Dog grant is funded by congressional appropriations to the Department of Defense.
