Elly’s Honey Nut Cheerio Bars

• 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 (10 ounce) package mini marshmallows
• 4-5 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Pinch of salt

Spray a 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan melt the butter and add in the marshmallows and cook till all marshmallows are melted. Remove from the heat. Stir in the vanilla & salt. Add Cheerios just until all o’s are coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and gently pat into place! Allow the bars to cool.

Elly’s tip: DO NOT PRESS THE MIXTURE DOWN!!!
