The 21c Museum and Hotel will temporarily close after a guest tested positive for COVID-19, coronavirus.

The Utah Jazz was staying at the hotel ahead of their game against the Thunder Wednesday night.

Since news about Rudy Gobert's positive test results was released, the museum put out a statement that said they were staying in touch with local city and health officials.

"We are working with public health officials at the Oklahoma City Health Department to ensure that our employees and guests are informed, safe and well taken care of. Out of an abundance of caution, we are working to temporarily close our hotel so that we can complete a comprehensive, hotel-wide deep clean," said the statement in part. "The Oklahoma City Health Department will be reaching out to anyone who came into close contact with the individual. Health officials advise that the risk of transmission is low for those who have not been in close contact with this individual."

On Thursday, March 12, members of the News 9 team saw guests leaving the hotel. Some were wearing masks, others didn't want to comment on what was happening locally.
