Utility Worker Escaped Flames

<p>CLOSE CALL: This utility worker narrowly escaped serious injury after a wire burst into flames in Manchester Township, NJ earlier this week. Manchester Police dashcam video showed the worker pulling down a wire crews thought was de-energized. The wire caught on fire when it hit the wet ground. Police officials said the utility worker was okay and refused hospital treatment.</p>
