Italian Officials Issue A State Of Emergency After Flooding In Venice
<p>A state of emergency was issued in Venice, Italy after exceptionally high tides, the highest in 50 years, flooded the city this week. Popular tourists spots like St. Mark's Square and St. Mark's Basilica were filled with several feet of water. </p>
