It's storm season in Oklahoma and it has already been a deadly one.

"It has been more active in other states but we seem to be catching up," said Chief Meteorologist Gary England, News 9.

The tornadoes first hit in Norman on Friday, April 13, causing damage to home and businesses. Then, a large tornado nearly quarter-mile wide caused six confirmed fatalities, massive damage and injuries in Woodward in the early morning of Sunday, April 15.

In fact, it was News 9 Storm Tracker Marty Logan, who helped to alert Woodward residents in their time of need, when the tornado sirens didn't go off.
