NBA to rule on Sonics move

The NBA board of governors will meet today in New York City, where they are expected to rule on whether to move the Seattle Supersonics to Oklahoma City or keep the team in Washington state. 

But Washington governor Christine Gregoire said the move to Oklahoma won't happen soon, if ever. 

"It's clear to me that the city has every intention of enforcing its lease at the Key Arena," said the governor.
