DETROIT (AP) -- More than 160,000 customers are still without electricity in Michigan after a gusty weekend storm. That's down from more than 400,000 yesterday, but utilities say some customers may not have their power back on until Wednesday. Nearly 60,000 customers from central New York to Buffalo also lost power yesterday as wind gusts as high as 75 mph brought down trees and utility poles there. About 4,400 New York utility customers are still without power today. There are flood warnings today across the Midwest as temperatures rose after a week of heavy snowfall. Forecasters say flooding is possible in areas of Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and northwest Ohio. In Michigan, roads in some Ottawa County subdivisions are under 2 to 3 feet of water, while the first floors of some homes are flooded. In the Northwest, more snow and ice are causing problems. Officials say black ice is causing a lot of accidents on Interstate 90.
