Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs sauerkraut, well drained
1 onion, diced
2 cups canned stewed tomatoes
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2-1/2 lbs country style pork ribs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Layer all ingredients, with pork ribs bone-side up, in a Dutch oven or casserole dish.
3. Cover and bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours until meat is tender.
