The Oklahoma City Thunder opened training camp Friday and the team added three new players to the training camp roster—forward Marcus Dove, guard Anthony Goods and forward Terrence Roberts.
Dove, a former Oklahoma State Cowboy, played last season for the Dakota Wizards of the NBA D-League. In 41 games with the Wizards last season he averaged 8.9 points and 5.9 rebounds in 28.8 minutes per game.
Goods, a native of Corona, CA played last season with Dove on the Dakota Wizards. He appeared in 39 D-League contests during the 2010-11 season and recorded averages of 17.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 32.5 minutes per game. Goods twice received Pacific-10 Conference honorable mention honors while at Stanford and during his senior season at Palo Alto, Goods averaged 16.2 points and 1.7 assists in 31.9 minutes per game.
Roberts, a four-year Syracuse letterman spent time after college playing overseas in Greece, Israel, Japan and the Ukraine before appearing in the D-League last season with the L.A. D-Fenders. In limited D-League action, Roberts posted averages of 3.6 points and 1.1 rebounds in 6.6 minutes per game last season with the D-Fenders.
The Thunder continues training camp in preparation for its first preseason game against Dallas on Dec. 18 at 6:30 p.m.
