OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police have released the identity of a man who was shot following a pursuit Tuesday.
Robert E. Lee was arrested near Southwest 44th and Pennsylvania. He was shot by an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper who said Lee was attempting to run over a police officer.
Lee was treated at a local hospital for a non-life-threatening wound.
