Parker was convicted Sept. 21 for helping Randolph Franklin Dial escape from the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite in 1994. They were discovered living together as man and wife on a chicken farm in East Texas in April 2005.

Her defense attorney, Garvin Isaacs, declined to comment on where Parker will be taken following her release. Her husband, Randy Parker, still works for the state prison system.
