Small Earthquake Rumbles Near Arcadia

A small earthquake rattled north of the metro Sunday morning.

The 2.6 magnitude quake hit at approximately 9 a.m., three miles south east of Arcadia, five miles north of Jones and 18 miles north east of OKC. The recorded depth was 3.1 miles.

No injuries or damage have been reported from this earthquake. Earthquakes with a magnitude of three or less are not generally felt by humans.
