An Oklahoma City woman is facing charges of child endangerment and public drunkenness after she was arrested for allegedly huffing spray paint outside of a convenience store with her grandson present.

It happened outside of the 7-11 store at N. Western Ave. and Hefner on Wednesday.

According to police, a witness reported seeing 52-year-old Lisa Harper spaying the can into a plastic bag and huffing it, all while having her grandson in a stroller next to her.

At the time of her arrest, officers say Harper had silver-colored paint on her face and hands, was struggling to stand and had slurred speech.

Harper was taken to the Oklahoma County Jail. No word yet on a bond. The child was taken into DHS custody because officers were unable to locate his mother.
