Forest Park Police are investigating a bizarre dognapping case that allegedly occurred Monday night.

Kaytee Clark says an intruder opened a door to her house, and coaxed all three of her dogs out. Clark says she was running a short errand when it happened. Clark says when she and her boyfriend returned 30 minutes later, her dog Sierra, a Huskie, had disappeared.

Clark says after another 30 minutes or so, Sierra emerged from the woods nearby. But someone had used electrical tape to tape shut her nose and mouth, and they had put a rope around her neck.

"I'm being watched," Clark said. "That just blows my mind."

Clark says after she posted what had happened on the website Craigslist, other local dog owners responded that some of their dogs have been disappearing as well.
