Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches

1 package Braum's cookies (I use chocolate almond)

Complimentary ice cream of choice (Vanilla Chunky Chocolate), softened

Sprinkles, mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for garnish

Remove cookies from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Place these in the freezer for at least one hour. Remove from freezer and place one scoop of ice cream on cookie and then top with another. Press gently. Roll in mini chocolate chips. Place on a piece of plastic wrap and cover completely and return to freezer for at least 2 hours.
