Authorities are looking for an inmate who escaped from the Howard McLeod Correctional Facility in Atoka, Oklahoma, Thursday night.

Authorities are looking for an inmate who escaped from the Howard McLeod Correctional Facility in Atoka, Oklahoma, Thursday night.

According to authorities, 31-year-old Michael Courverler escaped from the Howard McLeod Correctional Facility in Atoka. He was last seen during the 6:30 p.m. head count.

Authorities believe Courverler is with his ex-wife, Raschale Tribout. They are believed to be in a 2007, black, 4-door Chevy Silverado with the license plate number 411ARC.

Courverler is described as a white man who stands 5 feet 9 inches tall. He weighs 134 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.

According to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Courverler is serving time for multiple offenses, including obtaining something of value by false pretenses, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, grand larceny, extortion by threatening letter, and more.
