A small earthquake shook up residents near Medford, Ok., in Grant County Wednesday evening.
The 3.2 magnitude quake struck at approximately 7:36 p.m.
Its epicenter was located seven miles west northwest of Medford, 32 miles north of Enid, and 43 miles west northwest of Ponca City at a depth of about two miles.
No one has reported injuries or damages due to the earthquake at this time.
According to the USGS, earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely from quakes at a 4.0 magnitude and higher.
