3rd Annual 'Oklahoma Wine Walk' To Take Place In Norman

The 3rd Annual “Oklahoma Wine Walk” will take place on Saturday, October 31 at Brookhaven Village in Norman, Oklahoma.

Hosted by Frontier Country Marketing Association that represents the 12 central counties of Oklahoma known at Frontier Country, the Oklahoma Wine Walk will feature wineries from across the state set up underneath tents in a festival-type atmosphere. Patrons can taste selections from Oklahoma wineries, listen to live music from local entertainers and stroll through outdoor booths featuring genuine wine collectibles and made-in-Oklahoma products.

“We are proud to host the 3rd Annual Oklahoma Wine Walk and are excited to give visitors a taste of wines made right here in Oklahoma,” said Sherri Rogers, Executive Director of Frontier Country Marketing Association. “Fall is a great time in Oklahoma and we hope the Oklahoma Wine Walk continues to be a place for everyone to enjoy wine, music, food and fun for years to come.”

Admission tickets are on sale online. The event offers two ticket options.  General Admission is $20 per person, up to October 30 and includes 12 tastes and a souvenir wine glass.  Ticket prices increase the day of event to $25 per person.  The second option is to be a VIP.  This admission includes for your $50, 12 tastes, souvenir wine glass, lanyard with VIP badge, large glass of wine and admittance to the VIP Tent which features rotating meal selections from area restaurants at no additional charge.  Groups of ten or more receive $5 off admission prices but must make prior arrangements by calling for (405)-232-6552. 

The Oklahoma Wine Walk was recognized in May 2014 at the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association’s Annual Red Bud Awards when it was named the “Outstanding New Event & Festival.”
