Overturned Tractor-Trailer Shuts Down NW 39th On-Ramp To EB I-44

An overturned tractor-trailer is causing traffic delays in northwest Oklahoma City.

The crash happened about 4:30 a.m. Thursday at the eastbound NW 39th on-ramp to eastbound Interstate 44.

The southbound Lake Hefner Parkway ramp to eastbound I-44 is also closed due to the crash.

The closures are expected to last into mid-morning.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area and plan an alternative route if possible.
