The caravan of Central Americans, mainly Hondurans, that are headed toward the United States southern border apparently with the intent of overwhelming our border patrol and marching right on in must be stopped.
I've been to Honduras, to the city of San Pedro Sula where this caravan took root, and I don't doubt that these people would rather live here.
But I'll guarantee thousands more will head this way if these migrants manage to sweep into the United States.
Mexican riot police met them at Mexico's southern border, but the throng just tore down the border fences and went on through, past the police who packed up and took off.
How will we feel if they do that at the Texas border, or Arizona or California, just tear down the fences and come on in?
And we won't know who's coming in, there are a lot of young men in the group from the video I've seen. Are they all just refugee's or are there gang members among them?
When Mexican police tried to get them to apply for asylum in Mexico most of the migrants just marched right past them headed toward the United States.
They don't want protection they want in the United States and inside the most charitable country in the world, but that's not the way our immigration system works, or is it?
