We're staying warm and muggy this evening through the overnight. Temperatures only fall into the mid 70s by early Saturday morning.
Summer heat comes back tomorrow with highs in the 90s and heat indices in the upper 90s to low triple digits. Winds will be a bit more noticable through the weekend as well.
Saturday and Sunday, most of Oklahoma is rain free. A couple isolated showers look possible in the Panhandle, but that's just about it.
As we start the new work week, we are still hot and rain chances are still low across the main body of the state. One or two severe storms may drift through the Panhandle Monday.
Later next week, we may see some slight relief from the heat as rain chances peak back Thursday through Sunday.
